Does rarface dream of electric sheep?  Not last night – last night I dreamed of these peeps.  I need an analysis, stat.

coppala as indian

It was one of those short dreams that maybe only lasted a minute or so.  Who knows how long dreams last (doctors, probably)?  Don’t you REM for like, an hour, only?  And can’t you have over 20 dreams during the night?  I don’t rememeber – but here’s what I know.  Sofia Coppala was not dressed as a Native American in my dream.  She was wearing something quite sensible.  Probably flats and perfect fitting jeans and some polo shirt that cost a million dollars.  She and I were running down the stairs from a very scary thing that was about to catch us, until this guy came to our rescue!

Guttenberg!  What are you doing in my head???  Get out of here!  Take your golden retriever with you.  And Sofia Coppala.  I have more imporant things to think about.  I think.  Somebody help me…

  1. Where did you find this picture of the The Guttes?! Seriously, the origin of this photo is way more important to me right now then analyzing your dream. for reals. whoa. Hey Guttes–whacha doing in those shorts?? Clearly things went down hill for the The Guttes after he was the Grand Marshall of the Palisades 4th of July parade.

  2. Sofia Coppola we can explain pretty easily. Recall that, just the other day, you were recounting to me how Coppola and Quentin Tarantino — possibly the two most irritating people in the entire world — were at the 500 Club recently, and that they bought everyone a round. That residue was surely what showed up in the dream. You should thank the vagaries of your brain that Tarantino wasn’t in it, but that the Guttes was.
