One must make an effort each day — not just occasionally.

Today, I made the effort to avoid work.  Tomorrow I will make an effort to:

a) shower (sometimes I do not do this every day.  or every other day)

b) apply mascara (it makes a big difference, but when I rub mine eyes it gets all over mine face)

c) draw (a drawing a day.  that is the goal)

Three efforts!  Three efforts tomorrow, Cosmo.  And watching tv and binging on hummus is no where on the effort list which means that if come effortlessly to me.  Some of us are just lucky.
